Holi is a festival of colors and happiness. It is a major, very ancient and famous festival of India, which is being celebrated all over the world today. Called the festival of colours, this festival is traditionally celebrated for two days. Holika Dahan, the first day of Holi festival, is celebrated on the full moon day of Falgun month (March). There is a tradition of playing with colors on the next day which is also known as Dhulendi and Dhuli etc. Holi is celebrated to commemorate the victory of good over evil.
