Actually, Tritiya Tithi will remain till 7:49 am on 9th October, after that Chaturthi Tithi will start from here till 4:56 am on 10th October, that is, Chaturthi Tithi is getting decayed.The fifth Navratri will be on 10 October. So this year Navratri is of only eight days. This time the third and fourth Navratri will be celebrated on the same day on 9 October.
